Over the last month or so, we've gotten reports from dozens of our international customers about packages taking much longer than usual to arrive. In researching this a bit, we've discovered that all international packages are moving incredibly slow through the postal system and this is likely due to the current pandemic. Whether packages are being held somewhere prior to making their way to the destination country or if they are being held once they arrive in the destination country, there's a delay happening where tracking doesn't show any movement for long periods of time. The good news is, the packages do eventually arrive, so while we completely understand everyone's concern, we ask for your patience as packages make their way to you.
