WE'RE BACK!

After hitting nearly 20 states in the last month, driving thousands and thousands of miles for 10 signings and obtaining almost 5,000 signatures, we have returned to the office with everything. We want to thank everyone for their patience as we worked towards getting all of these done. Delays have become almost expected in this current environment, so being able to work through those and still get the job done is what it's all about.

WHAT'S NEXT?

We now begin the process of unpacking, sorting and preparing orders to ship. This is a very tedious process that takes time as we have to carefully log each piece into our database, match packaging back up with Send-In items, gather multiple items for orders with more than one piece, etc.

We anticipate orders to start shipping in May. That doesn't mean all orders will ship in May, it's just when they will begin going out. It will be several weeks of large batches of orders being sent out, so be watching your inbox for shipment notifications. All will include tracking information, so there will be no need to email us asking for that.

WHAT CAN YOU DO?

Please continue to be patient as we work through everything. For every email, Instagram post/message, Twitter post/message, Facebook post/message, text, call, etc., that takes time away from being able to actually get through this process. We understand that everyone is super excited to get their items back and that it's been some time since some of these signings were first offered, but being able to get everything shipped will be our main focus for our awesome customers.

If we were able to get any photos of signings, we will try to get those posted soon, but again, the focus is on shipping orders at the moment. Please do not continue asking for signing photos as it also takes time away from the process when we have to keep answering the same questions over and over.

Also, please share this update with your friends who may not see it. We post updates and continue to get massive amounts of questions asking for updates, so it's apparent that not everyone sees them.
